Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability across all F&B outlets. You will lead a dynamic team, manage budgets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate contracts as needed.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams on menu planning and seasonal offerings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff performance.
Monitor food and beverage costs and implement measures to minimize waste and increase profitability.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product delivery.
Develop and implement food and beverage strategies in line with business objectives.
Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, banquet, etc.)
Skills/Qualifications Required
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of food and beverage trends, customer service, and hospitality standards.
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
