Club Fiji Resort, located on the beautiful shores of Wailoaloa Beach, is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team!

Skills/Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee kitchen staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations

Collaborate with the team to create exciting new menu options

Manage kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

Prepare and cook a variety of local and international dishes

Requirements:

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent cooking skills with knowledge of international cuisine

Proven experience as a chef (resort or hotel experience preferred)
