We’re looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. In this role, you'll craft high-quality beverages, interact with guests, and help create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere at our island bar. Skills/Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support special events and themed nights when needed.
• Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to guests.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in an outdoor/beach environment.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Must be 18+ (or meet local legal requirements for alcohol service).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience as a bartender (1+ years preferred).
