Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional spa treatments and personalized service to our guests, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cared for. Collaborate with the FOM and team to uphold high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Promote spa services and retail products in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Ensure a warm, welcoming, and calming atmosphere for all guests.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.

Conduct consultations to understand guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.

Provide a range of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies in accordance with resort standards.

Skills/Qualifications Required

Knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone) and beauty treatments.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a spa or wellness setting; resort experience is a plus.

Certified Spa Therapist with formal training in massage therapy and/or esthetics.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.
