About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Vualiku Hotel & Apartment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who can drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and oversee all aspects of hotel operations.

Skills/Qualifications Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to improve occupancy and guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle any customer concerns
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control
• Lead and supervise all departments including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage
• Oversee daily operations of the hotel and apartment units

Requirements:

• A degree in hospitality or business management is an advantage
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
• Sound knowledge of hospitality software and systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• 5 to 6 years of proven experience in hotel management
