Live-In Caretaker and Guest manager Wanted – Guesthouse/Airbnb in Central Nadi

We’re looking for a live-in caretaker to manage a guesthouse/Airbnb in central Nadi. 

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintaining the property, caring for pets, and assisting with guest care and housekeeping. 

This is a paid role, and accommodation is provided as part of the position.– Guesthouse/Airbnb in Central Nadi

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Services: Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensure guest comfort, respond to inquiries, manage keys, and process payments.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep guest rooms and common areas clean with daily and weekly routines.

Pet Care: Provide daily care for a senior dog and cat.

Inventory Management: Submit weekly supply lists for cleaning and guest amenities.

Property Oversight: Ensure the property is always secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Skills/Qualifications Required

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Experienced in hospitality, caretaking, or property management (preferred, but not essential)

Proactive, organised, and an independent worker with strong communication skills

Caring and comfortable with animals, especially in providing daily care

Honest, dependable, attention to detail, and takes initiative when needed

This is a live-in role, and availability during guest check-in times is essential. These may occur early in the morning or late in the evening.
