GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANT

Skills/Qualifications Required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Friendly, courteous and always ready to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
- Quick-thinking with a calm approach to resolving guest concerns or complaints efficiently
- Previous experience in a hotel environment is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency and hands on knowledge of PMS

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role 
- A Certificate /Diploma in Front Office or Hotel Management or any other relevant discipline          desired

Salary

FDJ 1,000 / month
