🌺 About the Role

As a Reservations & Communication Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued guests. Your main focus is on ensuring smooth communication and seamless bookings while delivering warm, professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Apply billing and credit card policies correctly
  • Accurately input and update guest details and reservation data
  • Handle bookings through OTAs (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia)
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and online channels

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Flexible to work a rotating roster (including weekends)
  • A proactive, guest-focused attitude and a love for hospitality
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Great attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Seekom PMS is a bonus – training provided
  • Prior experience in Resort Reservations or Front Office is essential
