We're looking for a versatile, experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team on beautiful Kadavu Island. If you enjoy creating vibrant dishes using fresh local ingredients and want to escape the city for a slice of paradise this could be your perfect next step.

 

🗓 Roster & Start Date:

  • Immediate start preferred
  • 28 days on / 8 days off (flexible island rotation)

 

💰 Salary:

  • Competitive, based on experience

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

  • Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote island environment
  • Creative with menu planning, sourcing local ingredients, and food presentation
  • Able to confidently prepare a fusion of local, Asian, and Western cuisines
  • Strong all-round skills in hot, cold, and pastry sections
