👤 About the Role

As an ISC Agent, you’ll be the resort’s communication hub handling guest requests and internal coordination with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless guest service from behind the scenes.

 

📋 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle daily reports, check staff rosters, and assist with room release tracking
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our loyalty programs and guest recognition standards
  • Work closely with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Front Office to resolve requests
  • Ensure emergency protocols and communication standards are followed
  • Update guest info, phone lists, and room status in Opera PMS
  • Maintain privacy standards and log lost property properly
  • Support guests with international calling and directory inquiries
  • Coordinate wake-up calls and emergency paging
  • Log guest requests and ensure timely follow-up
  • Manage all incoming/outgoing calls efficiently and courteously

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in guest service or a hotel environment is an advantage
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible with night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Calm under pressure and highly attentive to detail
  • Tech-savvy with strong multitasking and administrative skills
  • A Hospitality or Tourism qualification
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong understanding of HUBOS & Opera PMS systems
