👤 About the Role

As a Guest Services Agent, you’ll be the welcoming face at our front desk ensuring every interaction is seamless and every guest feels truly at home.

 

🛎️ Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of our resort
  • Take pride in presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency at the front desk
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date guest and reservation data
  • Support the Front Office with daily guest inquiries and logistics
  • Assist with concierge services and VIP guest recognition
  • Process foreign exchange, handle cashiering duties, and audit balances
  • Handle check-in/check-out, room changes, and reservation processes
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally at every opportunity

Skills/Qualifications Required

🧾 What You’ll Bring

  • Positive team spirit with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and customer-focused
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with strong reading, writing, and system skills
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front desk or guest services role in a 5-star hotel
  • A Hospitality or Tourism qualification is preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
