Are you a seasoned hospitality leader with a passion for guest experience, sustainability, and island life?

Likuri Group is seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to oversee the full operations of Likuri Island Resort (23-room boutique property) and Robinson Crusoe Island Tours. This is a rare leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of a dynamic, multi-faceted island operation in one of Fiji’s most iconic tourism destinations.

 

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor projects and liaise with stakeholders on improvements and expansions
  • Coordinate weddings, group functions, and special events
  • Implement sustainable growth strategies and staff development programs
  • Manage room division operations and staffing
  • Oversee guest experience, F&B, events, and activities
  • Drive sales, marketing, and revenue performance
  • Lead daily operations across resort and tour divisions

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Willingness to live on-site and lead by example
  • Positive, energetic personality with a can-do mindset
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team training abilities
  • Background in design/interior styling is a plus
  • Skilled in online travel distribution and digital marketing
  • Working knowledge of PMS systems (RoomMaster preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with marine systems, desalination, and generator operation
  • Strong knowledge of FIT, wholesale, and inbound tour operations
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with tour or activity-based tourism providers
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in resort or remote island hotel management
