🧩 What You'll Be Doing

• Every day brings a new adventure! As a Kids Club Attendant, you'll:
• Handle any other responsibilities as assigned
• Assist with training, standards, and certifications for the department
• Follow policies and ensure child safety and care at all times
• Stay alert to guest needs and deliver memorable, surprise-and-delight moments
• Support the launch of IHG’s new “Inspire Incredible” guest experience culture
• Monitor facility safety through routine checks and promptly report any issues
• Keep the Kids Club tidy, safe, and stocked with supplies
• Supervise and engage with kids of different age groups
• Create magical, safe, and interactive experiences that reflect Fiji’s rich culture
• Lead fun and educational activities for toddlers and children
• Welcome families and assist with Kids Club registrations and bookings

Skills/Qualifications Required

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• The ideal candidate will bring warmth, creativity, and professionalism, along with:
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
• The ability to multi-task, work independently, and stay calm under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A love for working with children and creating engaging experiences
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar child-focused or guest service role, ideally in a 5-star resort
• A valid Fijian driver’s license (manual and automatic)
