Positions Available: Junior Sous Chef & Chef de Partie

We have openings for a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef de Partie ready to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a world-class setting.

🍽️ Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in training and guiding junior team members
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistency, flavor, and presentation
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
• Assist with menu development, food costing, and stock control
• Prepare and plate elegant, high-quality dishes using fresh, local ingredients

Skills/Qualifications Required

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
• A passion for creativity and delivering exceptional guest dining experiences
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
• In-depth knowledge of modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Culinary certification or equivalent hands-on kitchen experience
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie
