We're currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and service-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team and deliver the world-class experience our guests expect.

 

🌟 Your Role Will Involve:

  • Following all hotel safety, hygiene, and service protocols
  • Assisting colleagues with tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed
  • Keeping the bar clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Setting up and organizing the bar each shift, checking equipment, and securing alcohol
  • Promoting responsible alcohol service and intervening when necessary
  • Ensuring timely and proper service to tables according to hotel standards
  • Maintaining stock levels of beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies
  • Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
  • Taking drink and food orders accurately, noting special requests and dietary needs
  • Greeting guests warmly and offering menu guidance and drink recommendations

Skills/Qualifications Required

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • We’re seeking someone with a passion for hospitality, a friendly attitude, and the willingness to grow their career within a world-class brand. The ideal candidate will be:
  • Articulate – a confident communicator who’s approachable, friendly, and engaging
  • Compliant – knowledgeable about local laws on alcohol service and food handling; minimum legal age required
  • Skilled – with experience making a wide range of cocktails and beverages; bartending certification is a plus
  • Flexible – willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Literate – with sound reading, writing, and math skills
  • Strong – able to lift and handle heavy items (up to 23 kg)
  • Physically fit – able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
