Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the wider team with administrative tasks and general office support
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
- Oversee front desk duties, including scheduling, admin support, and daily coordination
- Answer incoming phone calls efficiently and route them to the appropriate contacts
- Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional attitude
Skills/Qualifications Required

- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential or sensitive information with care
- A professional appearance, dependable punctuality, and a positive work attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role
- A qualification or certification in Front Desk Management (required)
