Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the wider team with administrative tasks and general office support
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Oversee front desk duties, including scheduling, admin support, and daily coordination
  • Answer incoming phone calls efficiently and route them to the appropriate contacts
  • Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional attitude

 

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • A professional appearance, dependable punctuality, and a positive work attitude
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role
  • A qualification or certification in Front Desk Management (required)
