Job Description

A Senior Human Resources Operations Advisor is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

What will you be doing?

 As a Senior Human Resources Operations Advisor, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Senior Human Resources Operations Advisor will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

    Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capabilityEnsure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelinesMaintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reportingEnsure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried outAssist in determining departmental training requirementsEnsure completion of training for hotel security, fire regulations and other health and safety legislationAssist in the organization of Team Member social eventsWork with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industryPromote and endorse staff benefitsAssist and resolve team member and management queries
