Job Description
Office Assistant position open for 25-30 hours per week. This position requires a higher attention to details and other tasks to meet deadlines given by management. Prefer someone who lives in Suva area and easy access to transportation. This would be Daytime and we prefer someone who is not working already or is a student.
Skills/Qualifications Required
Skills we are looking for:
Ability to type at least 30 words per minutes. Ability to multi task and finish your task in a timely manner. Must be able to do other office work such as filing, ordering supplies, taking meeting notes, handle cash and balance accounts. Having some accounting experience would be great, such as do PAYE, VAT. Must know computer skills will be tested such as excel, word, google works, and other computer/social media skills. Salary will depend on experience.
