POSITION OVERVIEW

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team at The Ritz London as a Health & Safety Manager.

This role is ideal for a health and safety professional looking to take the next step in their career within a luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the Director of Security & Risk, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and implementing compliance activities across health, safety, and hygiene—particularly during the planning and delivery of current hotel development projects.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining documentation, assisting with internal audits and training schedules, supporting food safety compliance efforts, and working with various departments to ensure consistent application of health and safety standards throughout the hotel.

Skills/Qualifications Required

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Strong organisational and administrative skillsPrevious experience in a health & safety  ideally within a hospitality, facilities, or compliance-based environmentExperience working with Navitas, or similar safety and compliancy software, is beneficialExperience or knowledge of food safety and hygienePossess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skillsGreat command of the English language, both spoken and writtenConfident and professional attitude to internal colleagues and external guests and contractors

Salary

Range: FJD 36,942 - FJD 56,942 / month
