🛎️ About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and organized Rooms Division Manager to oversee our Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. This is a live-in position on a remote island, perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in boutique, high-touch environments and can ensure a seamless and elevated guest journey from start to finish.

Skills/Qualifications Required

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce compliance with financial procedures and service standards
  • Manage transportation logistics for staff and guest transfers
  • Ensure smooth guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs with personalized service
  • Supervise, train, and schedule team members while fostering a positive work environment
  • Maximize room inventory, occupancy, and revenue through strategic reservations management
  • Operate and maintain PMS, OTA connections, channel manager, billing, and accounts
  • Oversee and manage Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services

 

✅ Requirements

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to the logistical challenges of island operations
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance
  • Experience in billing, reservations, accounts, and daily hotel operations
  • Strong command of Property Management Systems (PMS) and OTA/channel management tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role at a remote island resort or boutique property
