🌴 The Role

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Recreations Supervisor to lead our leisure and wellness offerings, including the Kids Club, Teens Club, Fitness Centre, and a full schedule of guest activities. If you love being around people, planning fun experiences, and making every day feel like a holiday—this role is for you.

Skills/Qualifications Required

📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor supplies and ensure facilities meet operational and safety standards
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Lead and train recreation staff, promoting teamwork and personal growth
• Ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Develop creative, engaging activities for guests of all ages
• Supervise day-to-day operations of all recreational areas including pools, beaches, and wellness zones

• Ability to multitask and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
• Passionate about guest satisfaction and delivering memorable experiences
• Confident communicator and motivator who thrives in guest-facing roles
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• 3+ years of experience in guest service operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role
