👨‍🍳 Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service teams. This live-in role is ideal for someone with a strong background in island or boutique resort operations, a love for local cuisine, and a talent for team leadership and guest experience.

Skills/Qualifications Required

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with guests and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions and resort events
• Organize local entertainment and unique dining experiences
• Coordinate staff rosters and schedules
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control measures
• Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints
• Hire, train, and manage a local F&B team with professionalism and care
• Develop innovative menus featuring local ingredients and sustainable practices
• Lead and manage all F&B operations: restaurant, bar, and in-room dining

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience living/working in a remote location is highly desirable
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Experience with local sourcing and sustainable hospitality is a plus
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of both fine dining and casual service styles
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in remote resorts or boutique hotels
