Opening in June 2025, Serenity Sands is a luxury eco-glamping resort nestled on Serenity Island, just 20 minutes from Vuda Marina. Offering private beachfront villas, world-class hospitality, and a tranquil tropical environment, we’re looking for passionate locals to help shape unforgettable guest experiences in paradise.

👥 About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to lead day-to-day HR operations, manage a small but growing team, and support recruitment and workforce planning for the resort. This is a live-in role, ideal for someone looking for meaningful work in a stunning, remote setting.

Skills/Qualifications Required

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels and workforce scheduling
• Plan and implement staff training programs
• Handle staff concerns and performance management
• Support a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for new hires
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Maintain daily payroll records and process salaries every two weeks
• Oversee HR and workforce matters for approx. 15 team members

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• A self-starter with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
• Familiarity with payroll and HR record-keeping
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or workforce coordination preferred
