🌙 About the Role

Our hotels never sleep—and neither does exceptional service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, guest-focused Night Auditor to handle overnight operations, ensure accounting accuracy, and provide warm, reliable support during the quietest hours of the day.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🛎️ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Keep informed of hotel events and activities for guest inquiries
• Support the front office with administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required
• Perform concierge services and assist with special guest requests
• Maintain safety procedures and report incidents promptly
• Handle any guest complaints and provide service recovery when needed
• Reconcile daily financial activity and prepare reports for management
• Run the night audit using property management systems (Opera)
• Process payments: room charges, debit/credit cards, cash, and cheques
• Manage overnight guest queries and fulfill wake-up call requests
• Provide a welcoming, professional check-in/check-out experience

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A genuine desire to help guests and deliver memorable service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star property
• Hospitality and/or Tourism diploma or qualification
