💼 The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a friendly, confident, and service-driven Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. You'll be the face of the hotel—creating seamless, warm, and memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Skills/Qualifications Required

📋 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Ensure all interactions reflect a genuine, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Communicate guest feedback to management as needed
• Upsell room types when appropriate to boost hotel revenue
• Book reservations, process cancellations or updates
• Handle guest messages, preferences, and requests accurately
• Respond to guest complaints and service issues with empathy and professionalism
• Recognize IHG Rewards members and VIPs with personalized service
• Process payments, room charges, and complete daily cashier reports
• Welcome and check in guests in a professional and timely manner

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Flexible availability (including weekends, holidays, and night shifts)
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role in a 5-star property
• A diploma or qualification in Hospitality and/or Tourism
