📋 About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Assistant Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payment of invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the resort’s financial operations.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🧾 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare travel agent commission payments
• Post journal entries for month-end closing
• Assist with weekly purchase logs and month-end accruals
• Liaise with vendors regarding payment issues or disputes
• Verify expense and travel claims with appropriate documentation
• Prepare and process payments via cheque, Giro, or telegraphic transfer
• Maintain an accurate filing system for accounts payable
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
• Process supplier invoices and reconcile supplier statements

✅ What We're Looking For

• Confidence working with financial systems and supplier communication
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts or finance
• OR Diploma in Accounting or Business Management with 5+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Management
