👨‍🍳 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain high standards under pressure and during peak service times
  • Lead by example during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Contribute to menu development and planning
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, supporting their professional growth
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for crafting exceptional dishes and delivering memorable dining experiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen
