🍽️ What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in preparing and cooking dishes that wow our guests
  • Keep your station clean and organized—always practicing top-notch hygiene
  • Support with mise en place, food prep, and plating
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, stored properly, and prepped for service
  • Learn new skills from experienced senior chefs
  • Help with inventory management and stock control
  • Follow hotel recipes and maintain consistent presentation standards
  • Assist in smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

Skills/Qualifications Required

What We’re Looking For

  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • A passion for food and a hunger to learn
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment
  • Great communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
  • Previous kitchen experience is a bonus, but not required
  • A culinary degree or certification is a plus
