🧽 About the Role

We’re looking for dedicated Stewards to join our kitchen team as we prepare for our grand opening. If you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and efficient — this behind-the-scenes role is a key part of what keeps our kitchen running like clockwork.

This is your chance to live and work in one of the most stunning spots in Fiji — while being a valued member of our opening crew.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Help open and close the kitchen each day

Follow safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards at all times

Ensure supplies and tools are stocked and ready for the chefs

Support the team with light food prep tasks (like peeling or portioning)

Dispose of trash and recycling properly

Keep all back-of-house and kitchen areas neat, clean, and hygienic

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment

✅ What You’ll Need

Open to living on-site in a remote tropical location (we provide accommodation)

Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays

Team spirit and good communication skills

Able to stay on your feet, work quickly, and handle physical tasks

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a can-do attitude

Experience in a stewarding, cleaning, or similar role is a plus
