🌱 About the Role

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Gardening & Maintenance Attendants to help shape and care for the lush landscapes and facilities of our island resort. From keeping gardens vibrant and walkways tidy to lending a hand with minor repairs, your role will be key in creating a clean, safe, and stunning environment for our guests.

This is a hands-on, outdoorsy role — perfect for someone who loves working in nature and takes pride in a job well done.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🔧 What You’ll Do

Ensure all grounds are clean, safe, and welcoming

Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly

Report larger maintenance concerns to the appropriate team members

Assist with setting up outdoor spaces during the pre-opening phase

Support small repair tasks like painting, touch-ups, and basic fixes

Keep walkways, outdoor lighting, and irrigation systems in top shape

Handle watering, trimming, planting, fertilizing, and pest management

Care for lawns, tropical gardens, plants, and flower beds

✅ What We’re Looking For

Open to island life — accommodation is provided on-site

Positive attitude with a team-first approach

Eager to learn and follow safety instructions

Familiar with basic tools and repair techniques

Reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented

Enjoys working outdoors and is comfortable in warm, tropical settings

Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or maintenance is a plus
