💼 Your Role: Receptionist

As the face of Serenity Sands, you’ll be the first warm welcome our guests receive and the last friendly face they see when they leave. Whether answering questions, checking guests in, or helping with special requests, you’ll ensure every interaction is professional, personal, and seamless.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

Represent Serenity Sands' values of peace, privacy, and high-quality service

Assist with front office setup before the grand opening (systems, SOPs, training)

Support special requests, guest arrivals, and personalized experiences

Handle payments, bookings, and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with housekeeping, transport, and other teams for smooth service

Offer information on resort features, tours, and activities

Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries with professionalism

Manage check-in and check-out procedures using our resort’s booking system

Welcome guests with a warm smile and helpful attitude

✅ What We’re Looking For

English fluency; extra languages are a plus

Comfortable working in a remote island setting (accommodation provided)

Familiar with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) is a plus

Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Polished, friendly, and confident appearance

Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience in reception, front desk, or customer service (hospitality preferred)
