🤝 The Role: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

As our Guest Relations Officer, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face that guests remember long after their stay. You’ll help create seamless, personalized experiences from the moment of arrival to fond farewells — acting as the key link between our guests and all departments across the resort.

This isn’t just about hospitality — it’s about heartfelt connection, intuitive service, and delivering the “wow” factor every day.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Activities teams to deliver exceptional service

Maintain and update guest profiles and ensure all personal touches are executed

Manage pre-arrival communications, including transport and custom arrangements

Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay and follow up accordingly

Coordinate private experiences, events, and VIP requests

Serve as the go-to person for all guest interactions, from special arrangements to issue resolution

Anticipate guest needs and ensure requests or preferences are handled promptly

Greet guests with warmth and escort them to their villas with care

 

✔️ What You’ll Bring

Willingness to live and work on a remote island (accommodation and meals provided)

Fluent in English; other languages are an asset

Familiarity with hotel software and service platforms is a plus

Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Warm, confident, and professional presence with a guest-first mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, concierge, or similar roles in a luxury hospitality setting
