🌟 The Role: Activities Coordinator

We’re looking for an energetic and imaginative Activities Coordinator to craft unforgettable moments through island-inspired events, wellness sessions, cultural immersions, and fun-in-the-sun adventures. From kayaking and yoga to beach bonfires and Fijian crafts, you'll be the spark behind every smile and memory our guests take home.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Setup: Help prepare all activity zones and test-run key experiences before the resort opens

Feedback & Innovation: Collect guest feedback and evolve programming to reflect interests and seasonal opportunities

Safety First: Ensure all activities follow health and safety protocols to protect guests and staff

Manage Resources: Maintain and oversee equipment and supplies needed for all recreational events

Collaborate Across Teams: Work with guest services, F&B, wellness, and spa teams to enhance activity offerings

Engage with Guests: Personally welcome guests, explain activity options, and inspire participation

Design & Deliver Experiences: Create daily and weekly activity programs that include water sports, nature walks, cultural experiences, beach games, fitness classes, and more

 

✔️ What You Bring

Happy to live and work on a remote tropical island (accommodation and meals provided)

Flexible with hours (weekends, holidays, early mornings, and evenings)

Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic team

Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of local culture, marine life, or fitness/wellness programming is a big plus

A vibrant personality and a genuine love for guest interaction and outdoor fun

Previous experience in guest activities, events, or recreation programming (especially in hospitality or resorts)
