✨ The Role: Concierge Host

We’re looking for an outgoing, intuitive, and service-minded Concierge Host to be the face and voice of our guest experience. You’ll serve as the personal guide and go-to expert for guests, curating custom itineraries, arranging once-in-a-lifetime activities, and ensuring their stay is smooth, seamless, and truly memorable.

From arrival to departure, you’ll be the architect of their island escape.

Skills/Qualifications Required

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Pre-Opening Setup: Help shape the guest experience by setting up concierge tools, SOPs, and resources prior to opening day

Team Collaboration: Partner with front office, guest relations, and housekeeping to anticipate and fulfill guest needs

Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction and recovery when needed

Island Knowledge: Stay up to date with local events, activities, and hidden gems to enrich every guest’s experience

Booking & Coordination: Make reservations and work with local tour operators, restaurants, and vendors to deliver flawless service

Itinerary Design: Assist guests with planning their days, from spa appointments and sunset cruises to cultural tours and private dining

Personalized Guest Engagement: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, offering tailored recommendations and island insights

✔️ What You Bring

Willing and excited to live and work in a remote, tropical island environment (accommodation provided)

Fluent in English (bonus points for multilingual abilities)

Creative problem-solving abilities and a sharp eye for detail

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

Strong knowledge of local culture, excursions, and entertainment — or a fast-learning spirit and curiosity

A warm, outgoing personality with natural hospitality instincts

Previous experience as a concierge, front desk agent, or guest service professional in luxury hospitality
