🛌 The Role

As Executive Housekeeper, you’ll lead a large-scale housekeeping operation that spans guest rooms, public areas, staff uniforms, laundry, and more. You’ll ensure every corner of our luxury property meets the highest cleanliness and presentation standards—all while developing a passionate team that goes above and beyond for our guests.

Skills/Qualifications Required

📋 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained (linens, amenities, uniforms, etc.)
• Scheduling staff based on occupancy trends, events, and productivity benchmarks
• Preparing and managing budgets, forecasting supply needs, and controlling costs
• Supporting green initiatives through sustainable housekeeping practices
• Monitoring and maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment with minimal waste
• Upholding safety, hygiene, and compliance standards across all areas
• Addressing special requests for VIPs, club members, and repeat guests
• Managing scheduling, training, and performance of the housekeeping staff
• Conducting regular inspections to uphold brand cleanliness standards
• Overseeing guest rooms, laundry, public areas, uniforms, and linen management
• Leading and mentoring a full-service housekeeping team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Opera PMS
• Effective leadership and communication skills to inspire a high-performing team
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene protocols, and compliance standards
• A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Over 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel (preferably 5-star, 800+ rooms)
