🙌 The Role
As a Front Office Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and personalized stay. Working closely with our Guest Service Manager and Front Office Manager, you’ll help guide the team, elevate service standards, and bring our new "Inspire Incredible" brand culture to life.
Skills/Qualifications Required
📋 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Training staff on complaint handling and ensuring management follow-up
- Staying alert to guest needs, recording preferences, and handling concerns with care
- Overseeing quality audits and system use within the Front Office
- Managing and communicating guest feedback effectively
- Reviewing rate variance reports to support revenue control
- Maintaining high standards of staff appearance, conduct, and hygiene
- Ensuring VIPs and IHG One Rewards members receive priority attention
- Acting as the main guest contact in the absence of senior leadership
- Coordinating with other departments for guest arrivals, departures, and special requests
- Supporting the roll-out of the “Inspire Incredible” brand experience
- Leading, mentoring, and training Front Office team members
- Providing personalized, anticipatory service based on guest preferences
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A team player who can also thrive working independently
- Knowledge of Opera PMS system
- At least 2 years of experience in front office or guest services at a 5-star property
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Calm under pressure with excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills and approachability
- A valid Fijian driver's license (manual & automatic)
- A tertiary qualification in Tourism, Business Management, or a related field
