Port Denarau Marina Limited is seeking a highly skilled and reliable

General Hand to join our Operations Team.

Reports To: Repairs and Maintenance Manager

This role is key in supporting the daily operations, ensuring the upkeep of our world-class marina, and maintaining the safety and satisfaction of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks (mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, landscaping, etc.)
• Support cleaning duties and general upkeep of buildings, pontoons, and marina facilities
• Assist with boat handling and lifting operations (as and when required).
• Maintain daily work logs and report hazards or incidents
• Promote compliance with OHS standards and environmental practices

Key Requirements:

1. High school pass (Trade Certificate is an advantage)
2. Broad range of practical repair and maintenance skills
3. Physically fit and proficient in swimming
4. Familiarity with boats and marina operations is desirable
5. Has knowledge or the willingness to be trained in VHF radio, First Aid, CPR, and fire safety.
6. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
